MPF, Resistance, and other things.

I was looking onto other server's websites and such. If you
will, I'd like to organize some of the things in the HL2RP
section so that I can make it look nicer/professional.
It would include things like:
CWU
MPF rules, apps, things like that.
Black Market people
Rebel stuff.
Thanks, I'll take help if you'd like. It'd be great.
