       OTA to Resistance

       In a 1:1 ratio, OTA will win. No matter what. They're
       superhuman, have a lot of training, has no fear of dying either.
       Them ducking into cover is merely for tactical advantages. So
       stop going head-on with OTA. No good. In a 1:1 Ratio, OTA wins.
       If you go up against OTA, you HAVE to be 3 or more versus one.
       Meaning if there's 2 OTA, you have to be 6. Making the ratio 1:3
       Best option if you want to be outside the base, sneak around.
       If OTA spots you, leg it.
