       How to join the CWU

       The Civil Workers Union will be in-game, but you are only able
       to join if given permission by a Super-Admin or higher, to get
       into it you must be given loyality points by doing good deeds
       around the city, such as following orders, assisting MPF and so
       on.
       Your duty as a Civil worker is to supply the Citizens of City 45
       with various items, you are also able to get V.I.P treatment,
       such as extra rations and a higher status in the Civil
       community.
