       PAC rules.

       Okay, well we've had some problems, already.
       Me and Whoop have decided to make a list of rules regarding PAC.
       You must own an item IC to be able to equip it to your body, for
       example if you like the look of a certain weapon, but do not own
       it, then you cannot get it in PAC, Simple, right?
       Only items that you cannot equip can be used in PAC, for
       example, radios, detectors and PDA's, weapons are not to be
       used. The only exception would be a Knife that is used in
       Roleplay.
