The upcoming Marvel films.
By: Kenny Date: July 12, 2012, 8:12 am

So, seeing as The Avengers was a big success Marvel are creating
even more films (Woo) It's going to be the same as before, a big
set up before the big film.
Iron man 3 is set to be released sometime in 2013, followed by
Thor 2 and Captain America 2.
Now anyone who saw Avengers Assemble might have seen the hint at
the end of the film, featuring a figure standing in a strange
area.
This is the lead up to one of the comics, or so i've been told.
So, what do you guys think about all this?
Excited? Dissapointed? Do tell me :)

Thanos always brings something interesting to the Marvel
universe... As i have always said, the thing that sets DC apart
from Marvel (other than heroes) is that in the DC story lines,
they change things, for example, they have killed off characters
and even let villains win a battle or two. With Marvel, it's
never even a question... If anyone has read Dr.Strange comics
before, the you're probably aware that the whole of Marvel works
on this principle ''good will always triumph over evil'' and
usually there is no point in the villains trying because they
are so desperately out smarted and out gunned.
Anyway, before I go off topic... Thanos (the guy at the end of
the avengers movie) for me, always brings an element of doubt
that the heroes will succeed, for example he came dangerously
close to killing the mighty Galactus, and only with the help of
Space and Time could the silver surfer stop him and his little
rag tag army.
So yes, very excited IF Hollywood doesn't sh*t all over Thanos.

They did the Avenger films quite well, I think if they stay true
to the comics they will do him well, although he did look a bit
too overkill on terms of CGI, he looked like a giant ape...
Never the less, i'm really excited, oh and guys, take a lookie
here! :D

Hmmm, I don't know if i'de agree they have 'stayed true to the
comics' so far :-\
But i agree, as long as they dont mess up much else, it should
be enjoyable. Maybe they did the crazy CGI work in an attempt to
slightly mask Thanos' identity so you have to guess, sort of
like leaving an element of doubt ?
