CPU heating problems

My comp has some real bad cpu heating problems, i might go
offline often, trying to fix it.

Stuff should be fixed, but heat's still high. No real problems

I aborted it because of the CPU heating problems.
And, the problems are back, can't play any kind of game without
temperature skyrocketing to 75 degrees celsius.
I have to go buy some "kylpasta" or thermal compound in english.
