       2nd.Co-operate with your fella.
       3rd.Respect the fellas and obey the server rules.
       4th.Use common sense.
       5th.Don't just come to Ballas hood and say "I want to join",
       this wil cause you a insta declined.
       6th.Arrange a meeting with Big Jizzy and show him your interest,
       if he will think you're ready, you'll be accepted.
       7th.Dont misbehave or act like Big Jizzy, this will cause you
       warning/kick.
       8th.Listen to higher ranks and obey them.
       9th.Don't use hacks.
       10th.Must not be banned.
       11th.Get atleast level three to join Rolling Heights
