Lack of admin/mod

When i be playing on the server, hackers and DMers visit DAILY.
Because of this, i lose money and have to rebuy things like my
car, which is a pain.
I would like to say that Kasim should become an Admin on this
server.
He knows how to handle situations like Deathmatchers.
Knows how the server is run, both internally and Externally
He has had his own server where he has gained experience from.
He is well respected in the server.
and he does everything within the rules.
Also, he is good at RP.
He helps newbies and current players with their problems and
their English (He doesnt even have to do this)
Krister, please consider Kasim, he is also very active, unlike
the current mods/admins.
and he comes online more to handle things

Still we need more staff, and i think now Hassy should be get a
chance or Mendez, because they know how to role-play and they
are active and they always help newbies so i think they should
get a chance.
OR
Do Elections so they all players can vote by these choice.

Neither know how deep the admin system is.
Helping newbies isnt all admins do, they should be able to
handle different situations ranging from internal server
management to forum work
Neither of these two are able to take up the task of admin, its
not easy.
