       Haunting Habit

       Haunting Habit
       I find myself returning to a place I left behind
       I keep asking myself if this is a sign
       I gave it up 2 yrs ago
       Now it seems it wants to make a show
       This habit is a slow killer
       But taking a puff, makes me feel better
       I know this habit will kill me, if I don't quit
       Only a matter of time, before that next coughing fit
       I hate the way I smell and taste
       This crazy Haunting Habit is just a waste
       I know people who have died from this
       Gasping for my last breath, I am sure it won't miss
       I beg you GOD, please take away my urge
       I find it so soothing, but the habit needs to purge
       Go away for good and never return
       Maybe this time, I will learn
       Save me..........
