       Spring Noodle Salad

       1 Cucumber/ use half if making a small bowl
       1 Green Pepper/ use half if making a small bowl
       1 Green Onion/ chop all, including the green
       1 Box of Sea Shell Noodles
       Cup of Mayo
       Finely chop all ingredients
       Cook noodles as instructed
       Add all ingredients
       Mix well
       Salad gets better the next day/ add more mayo if needed
