       rewards

       first time suggestions:
       P rewards ship speed -  allow us to decrease sailing time using
       rewards.
       if you have whistle skill lvl 4 or five, why not allow us more
       than 1 whistle per voyage.
       When fighting skellies and everyone knows we gonna destroy them,
       why not half the amount and half the time. no one wants to be
       stabbing for 30mins.
       why has the commands decreased from 12 to 10 before being brigd.
       Tis along with regular capatchas is frustrating. pick one or
       the other.

       I am apprehensive to add additional ship speed as there are many
       methods to receive speed bonuses at this time: ship fully
       repaired, ship tasks completing, teleport stones, good
       breeze/wind, whistling, Captain plotting courses

       I will look into adding new items or effects to weaken them or
       wipe a few dozen out

       This is a temporary change and will be increased or a new system
       will be introduced soon
