       Changes:

       Added unicode symbols to some actions
       Added unicode symbols to blackjack cards
       Added unicode symbols to Dice game
       Rare weapons are now 'special weapons'. Uncommon +1 above
       player's level, rare is +2, epic +3, legendary +4. Special
       weapons durability is as follows: uncommon 15 uses, rare 10
       uses, epic 5 uses, legendary 2 uses.
       Added !P Ship Route
       Added free vouchers for Coffee and Shipwright
       Added repair kits which can repair the ship while at remote
       locations, but not during ship events such as ship battles,
       monster attacks, sailing, etc. Buy in the Shipwright, see the
       ship's repair kits with !P Ship Cargo, use with !P Ship Use
       Repair Kit
       Added Coffee to ships store to reduce the affects o' alcohol
       Added mental state and drunk to top stats:
