Added Fine-grain Powder to Puerto Principe market as ship

Player Suggestions:
[s]make the thief skill less likely to be caught in your own

tasks are done. Pump, ballast, rats, gut, etc.[/s] - Done and

seems to vary from person to person, season to season. Last
season I had 4 skills (one from game start bonus, one I started
myself, two by skill books), now I can't get past 3 (one from

season

Market Goods) 5x" , but whatever I do the counter won't go down.
I tried buying and selling goods, and just doing !p market
goods, nothing seems to have an effect[/s] - Unable to
