       I would like to have a notification when one becomes (or is no
       longer) Captain. A private message from the bot:
       CaptainJack - You be the Captain now, <nick>!
       or
       CaptainJack - You no longer be Captain, <nick>

       This unfortunately cannot be done due to the limits of the game
       engine.
