       Captain Feature Suggestion

       I would like to see a Captain feature allowing for the Captain
       to stand down and hand over the ship temporarily to the next
       ranking pirate. e.g., !Pirates Captain Take the conn <pirate>.
       or whatever for a trigger.

       Now as for a specific player being selected by the Captain, that
       does not exist due to abuse concerns.
