Players who are overboard should not longer be hit by monsters
or included in random events

If ship is near max cannon shot capacity, unloading a shot dumps
it over the side
Incorrect command listed to answer a skill question when
learning charisma skill
When a player's chest is overloaded and a skill book pops out it
is marked as an ornamental
