I'll remember that, I hope. I don't usually drop people from the
roster unless they haven't flown in two months, but hopefully
you'll be back by then. Even if you're not, I'll keep you on the
roster. ;)

like Herman above I would like to inform you that we have sold
our home in Andalucia, Spain and will be moving to Antwerp,
Belgium on 5 June.
So. IŽll be "incomunicado" for a week or two and would like to
stay on the roster.
I am in the virtual airspace as we speak and therefore the 2
months rule should take care of that I guess... ;)
See you again after landing (in Antwerp that is...)

Bedankt Wim voor de vriendelijke welkom groeten...
In fact, we see this move like a new chapter in the book of our
life. We have lived here for over 12 years now and in the
meantime life has gone on, i.e we have become grandparents! This
is one of the main reasons we want to go to Belgium - to see our
grandson grow up close to us. He lives in Brussels, but my
wifeŽs mother lives in Antwerp and had to be hospitalized
recently after a stroke and other complications that require our
presence.
So, the sun of Andalucia was fine for a time, but it can also
burn too much and the rainy and cold weather up North also has
its challenges. Before we moved to the Costa del Sol, we lived
in Luxembourg where the climate is similar to Belgium, at least
the the southern part of it (Ardennes and Wallonia....).
one of the advantages of retirement is that you do not have to
take residence where your job is... and that freedom will be
used to travel and spend most of the winters in Spain or Morocco
(Viviane is fond of Marakech!).
So, weŽll see how this works out, but at least we already know
what to expect... ;)
