       I'm curious if we hit the mark in making the upgrade process
       easier to understand and complete. What do you think?  :)

       Got to 35 hours and completed the DC-3 type ride but not the IOE
       before the change. Am I stuck back in New Hire aircraft for
       another 15 hours or can I still fly type 1 and get credit like I
       could before?

       If you took the checkride before the change then your OK, we are
       not going to make you do it twice...keep flying Cat 1 Aircraft
       :)
