       No lights available

       Greetings:
       On a recent C-130 flight from PAEI to PAPR (USA10297), the
       scheduled called for a 4 am departure with a 4:37 am arrival.
       During flight planning I found out that PAPR does not have
       lights... so ofcourse, one is unable to land at this field in
       the dark....
       I opted, instead, to take off at 4 pm.  :D
       You may want to correct this issue, or am I reading the schedule
       wrong? :-[

       That's military flying- you don't always get lights :)
