Unable to report flight on Kacars

Greetings:
After a flight of a bit over an hour, on Wednesday, October 3, I
was unable to send the flight information to HAG. I got
connection errors. I was also unable to sign on to the Webb
page. Received unable to connect errors. So... my question is:
How can I send you the flight information so as to be given
credit?

Update:
Today, Thursday, October 4, I attempted to send the flight
report via a manual Pirep. I filled the form, but every time I
went to transmit it, I received some sort of message. From
wrong flight number, to... have to fill all fields. I attempted
to send several times, not sucessfully... I thought....
however... when I checked my flight reports I find that they had
been received.... so I have about 5 or 6 reports on flight
CPC3982. Would you please delete all but only one. This would
bring me up to date.
Thank you... and i still would like to hear what is the proper
way to report when Kacars does not connect.

There seems to be some trouble with kACARS indeed, as I'm
receiving quite some double/triple PIREPs.
I mostly intercept them. Other pilots have also reported slow or
no response of the site.
Will try to find out what's wrong.
Anyway, the correct way to file a manual PIREP.
From the HAG Home page:
Dispatch -> View my flight bids -> in Options column File PIREP
This way most data is filled in correctly, only thing to add is
the Fuel Usage and the Time flown
Fuel Usage is in Pounds (lbs) and flight time is in Hours +
Minutes. So 1 hour and a half is 1.30 (not 1.50 !!!).
When posted, do NOT refresh the page, or the PIREP will be sent
again.

Thanks for the answer. Next time shall know what to do. Send
Pirep manually as you noted. I still have some double times on
my flights, when ever you have time to correct them.
Thanks again, and look forward when all the problems are
resolved.
