       Genji banned for no reason

       Genji froze nevada then ran a very good distance. after over 10
       seconds he logged. he got ip banned for xlogging. Genji should
       be unbanned because he worked hard on his account and throughout
       my experience with genji, he isnt the type of person to xlog.
       When hes out on a fight with me he let me kill him instead of
       xlogging. please unban him. thanks

       genji shud be unbanned.  He logged out after freezing nevada and
       ran away for a good 10 seconds but nevada thought he xlogged
