Complaints Section

A Section (possibly under reports) for complaints against
players, staff, donators, or anyone else who may possibly be
playing the server, with evidence or not, there should be a
complaint place so people can feel free to complain about
someone who's doing something, (E.G. their attitude, rushing,
pjing, annoying, acting weird... etc) such as glitching, if
enough proof/complaints/evidence show, it can be considered a
report if validated by other people (if it has no evidence).

This should include people on the forums, whether they play the
server or not, they're also a part of the Pickup Scape 508
community and should be treated the same as players or other
forum users (etc).
