A Video/Pking section

A section just for videos of the server, rated by people playing
the server currently,
And/or a pking/video or pking video section, both most likely
<_<
but basically saying, lets say someone is filming them pking on
the server, they can
put it on the forums, editing the video or anything as usual is
all good.
