Suggest rule

Ok I think there should be a rule that if you attack someone in
pvp, you can't run until one of you dies. Just an idea.

its pvp man rushers never stop. besides if u get fced u wud
wanna run or ::cbow but i usually am not prepared with mage def
bonus so running is an option
