       overloads and turmoil

       I think we should add overloads and turmoil because it makes
       pking a lot better.
       But, you should make you work for overloads like you have to
       get the actual level of herblore required to make overloads like
       runescape (level 94 im pretty sure lol)  :D

       yea i know we can ::lvl our herb right now but take that off for
       herblore so that we can train just that to get overloads. I've
       seen it on other servers and it was pretty cool and people liked
       it so i think its a good idea.

       Or just be smart and make them cost kills.... I don't think it's
       hard to figure out. :)

       Yea Zaaa, like up to 100-200 Kills per dose, anyone whose stupid
       enough to die doesn't need it. Anyone who can't pk without it
       doesn't need it. :l, WIN FOR OVERLOADZ
