       Model Releases For Budoir & Tasteful Nudes

       Hello all. I am a photographer from the Philadelphia area. I've
       done budoir photoshoots and photoshoots involving tasteful
       partial nudity. Up until now I've always used paper releases. I
       would lake to switch over to using an app for my iPhone to
       create releases, digitally sign and add photos of the model too.
       Every release app I've seen has a part that says "except
       pornography and defamatory." None of the photos I have taken I
       nor most people in the photography would consider as
       pornographic and I definitely don't do anything defamatory. I'm
       only worried that certain people, and in certain situations
       might consider photography with tasteful nudity, as
       pornographic. I've had some friends that have thought my
       photography would be considered pornographic. Are there any
       release apps that cover my kind of photography that have clear
       language that doesn't leave room for interpretation of the
       difference between pornography and artistic and tasteful
       photography that involves some nudity? Any suggestions would be
       appreciated!
