       HOW THE MONTHLY MASQUERADE PARTY WORKS

       Each month we will pick a theme for a party to be held in the
       Den (in the ug).  Ideas for themes can be posted here on this
       thread.  Each month's theme, designers will create sets to be
       worn by members for the party!
       While most of the parties will not technically be "masquerades,"
       a couple of them a year will be.  During Masquerade Months forum
       sets will bare members' normal name, but avs will be separately
       designed to be used with alternative names.  Those avs will be
       on their own thread and a member named "Masquerade" will be
       created for members to log on under and request avs without
       revealing their identities.
       Each set created will give the designer 200 wishes, 200
       additional wishes being given to the designer when their set is
       requested.  300 wishes will be given to all members who dress up
       during the month and post to the party thread.
       The cost of a set for a member to request will be 500 wishes (to
       be returned to the board, not the designer).  On Masquerade
       Months, stand alone avs will be 250 wishes (charged to the
       member after the reveal) and forums sets will be 250 wishes.
       So, let's get this month's party started!!
