August Room Party - Planning Committee

Sign up for the planning committee on this thread. The planning
committee will be responsible for decorating the Den's door and
developing games and prizes for the party!
NON-DESIGNERS WELCOME!
Each committee member will receive 500 wishes for participating
in the Planning Committee!
COMMITTEE:
paula
wayward angel
feral firebird (aka phoenix)
kris
DOS
monroe
JOB ASSIGNMENTS:
Promotion on affiliate forums - All
Decorations - wayward angel
Decorations - monroe
Party EmCee - wayward angel
Game Designer - kris
Game Designer - paula
Prize Coordinator - feral firebird
Descriptions:
Promotions - all committee members will help promote the party
through friends and forums using posters, word of mouth, etc.
Decorations - these members will create posters for promoting
the party and design the door for the Den
EmCee - person who will run the party (job can be split by 2, if
preferred)
Game Designers - these members will come up with 2 - 3 games to
be played at the party, prep the materials for the games and
either find someone to run the games or run them themselves
Prize Coordinator - this person will be responsible for
gathering prizes (e.g. coupons from designers, an album of
premades for the party, drawings for wishes, etc.) and will
either oversee the giving of prizes at the party or find someone
to do so

but the party will have to be when i am home...so i dont have to
rti because of kids...
