Help - Links and Hashing

Hey guys,
I'm not sure about my files, but to start off I tried 3 "Private
Server TR" Links, and I'm completely confused which one is the
proper one I'm supposed to use.
1) I don't remember the first link since I downloaded it
yesterday. It went by the name AlphaTR + Hamachi, it was a
youtube video.
2) Second I tried was the download off the homepage here:

It's also listed on
the forum page here where it links to mega.co.nz.
3) Third try were files from here:

None of them work and the server status on the home page is
confusing. The marquee text on the welcome page says the Phoenix
server is off. On the home page it says the server is Online.
I'm confused if I'm supposed to use Alpha TR or Phoenix TR or if
they're the same thing.
I also have to say that for all 3 files, my anti-virus picked up
some virus activity from each download. I can't remember but I
think all 3 were the TRgame.exe. Now I'm assuming they were just
false positives. For #1 and #2 I restored the files, but I
didn't for #3. For Download #3 the TRgame.exe apparently did 19
suspicious actions as soon as I extracted the archive/exe. I
don't want to jump to conclusions and just hear "It's the
Anti-virus." I'm just being careful.
Anyway for the last 2 I can launch the PhoenixTalesRunner.exe. I
can't remember what's up with dl #1. The following links are the
PhoenixTalesRunner.exe I think I'm supposed to replace. I
matched this with download #2

/>I properly placed the PhoenixTalesRunner.exe. So it launches a
window prompting my Username and Password, which I do enter
(Username is my forum name, no @email extension). I check the 2
boxes, the AppLocale and some box on the right next to the
Phoenix Start button. The game attempts to launch, saying
loading packages, initializing audio and such, then it just gets
stuck at Hashing. I'm not sure what that means. DL #2 says:
error hashing cannot connect to server. DL #3 gives me some
error text in what I think is Korean.
The only thing I can think of is that you guys are moving files
and such so the server isn't actually up, despite the homepage
saying it's online. That or I just did something wrong.
Any help is appreciated,

Hate to say it but I did try the download link you posted but
yesterday. I noticed the change at the top of the forums. Still,
nothing. I keep getting an error at the part where it says
Hashing. Although this one didn't have instructions about
swapping the launcher with a PhoenixTalesLauncher.exe like
download #2 and #3. I did try swapping just in case but nothing.
Not to sound like a jerk but they're pretty big files too. 4th
time downloading with none of them working. Just hoping to find
a solution, info or any instructions. Sounds obvious to just run
the archive .exe yet I can't just get the game to launch.
Also, just in case, I'm not sure if MY computer system's locale
has to be changed to... I'm just gonna guess Korean (I haven't
looked at the locale much). I'm hesitant to try it as I tried
switching to Japanese before, and the result was my monitor not
working. Had to revert back. I do know that Chinese (Traditional
Taiwan) or something close to that works.
PS: When launching the PhoenixTalesRunner.exe, it asks for the
Username. I'm assuming it's the username used on this forum? I'm
also just guessing that once logged in, you can pick your own
nickname. But I have no idea. The only thing I did was click
signup on these forums.

So today... I don't know. My computer decided to run the game,
as in it actually got past Hashing and started the client. As
soon as I start the game I get a window that says: Failed to
receive request
I managed to make my nickname (same as forum name), then the
game DCs. After trying 3 or 4 times, the game always DCs in
about 2 or 3 minutes. I get the "Of the same ID is still
connected or not properly logged out" please try again later
thing, obviously because the game crashed. All crashes end with
something close to "The server may be experiencing difficulties
or you may have problems with the server."
It's similar to the other disconnect topics in this forum. I did
manage to get into the Park, albeit I only had ~20 seconds
before I knew the game would crash. Only saw one person there, I
think it was a GM that started with a lowercase I. SO, it seems
like I am actually connected to the server, but the server just
disconnects me :[

Same problem with me too^
It says ID is already connected. And I don't even know where to
register, the site that's given on the Facebook page and click
on the register tab and it doesn't show me the tab. So do I just
use my Forum ID and the same password? How do I work this thing?
Can I get any help please?
