At the edge of camp, Indigokit lashed her shimmery black tail
around as she crouched down on all fours and narrowed her dark
blueberry optics. She then leaped and slid across a flat puddle
on her sleek belly, then tumbled to a stop thanks to a rock
ruining her slide. "Oof!" the quirky she-kit grunted, resting in
a weird position on her back with her legs stretched up.

Indigokit soon noticed the two nearby and rolled back onto her
paws. She hopped up and bounded over to Noodle and Melodypaw.
"Hi, I'm Indigokit. Play with me?" she asked softly and
hopefully, her dark blue orbs shining.

A happy smile stretched Indy's maw. "Yay! Come on!" she
squeaked, spinning around and running back to the puddle
excitedly. She finally had a playmate!
