       The Collective announces an invitation to all interested and
       suitable employers to participate in the project "Support to
       unemployed persons through the services of a private employment
       agency in Bosnia and Herzegovina" (hereinafter text: "Project")
       financed by the Embassy of Sweden and supported by the World
       Bank. This call is open to inactive, low-skilled and long-term
       unemployed women and long-term unemployed young men, CALL FOR
       PARTICIPATION IN THE PROJECT.
       The following can apply for this project: women who have been
       unemployed continuously for 12 months or longer, regardless of

       Regardless of education level. Participation in the Project
       includes: Training and education on job search processes and the
       labor market (preparation and writing of a biography,
       preparation for ; "soft" skills such as communication skills,
       teamwork; familiarization with the rights and responsibilities
       of workers, etc.); Free consultation and matching with
       employers; On-the-job training at the employer, in an occupation
       that matches the profile of the unemployed person. All project
       services are free.
