       General
       1. Games are played with 4 players a-side
       2. Games are played with four 5 minutes quarters.
       3. Each team must have 1 quarterback
       4. The quarterbacks will have rights to move the "ball" around
       the field
       5. The game uses NFL rules for almost everything
       6. When the offense reaches the endzone, they'll be awarded with
       6 points
       7. All substitutes must remain on bench during gameplay or a
       penalty will be called.
       8. In case both sides end the regular time tied, a 3 minute OT
       quarter will take place where First team to score a 6 points
       win. If a team were to get the ball first, the game will
       continue to play unless the opposing team scores a touchdown or
       until the clock runs out.
       9. Games use a ref crew to run the games, they can call
       penalties when they see them, or review the calls in a vote
       system if there's no video. Each Game will have a Main Ref, a
       Time keeper, and stat keepers.
       League
       1. The league runs with 8 teams with a max of 10 players each
       2. To sign a player, the team owner has to offer a contract via
       forum and the player accept it. Or if the player plays for a
       team without signing any contract he's automatically accepting a
       One season contract.
       3. The top 2 teams of each conference makes playoffs, along with
       the other second best teams overall (having a crossover if
       needed), the teams with best records in each conference will
       have a 1st-round playoff bye
       4. Each team plays every team in their conference, and 3 teams
       non-conference
       Kicking/KR'ing
       1. The kicking team cannot pass the Line of scrimmage until the
       ball is kicked.
       2. The kick return team players can stay anywhere behind
       scrimmage line
       3. The kicker must say "sets" or "-s-" before moving the "ball"
       4. The kick must be on the opponents half
       5. Any rushing before the kick is made will result on a redo on
       the kick with the ball positioned 1 square behind
       6. For the kicking team recover it's own kick, the ball must be
       moved forward at least 6 spaces
       Offense
       1. All players must stay behind the scrimmage line,except for
       TE's they are allowed to line up on the line of scrimmage. The
       QB must lineup behind the LOS.
       2. The QB must say "set" and then "hike" to put the ball in
       movement
       3. The players can go through the scrimmage line after the QB
       says "hike"
       4. Any trespassing after the "ball" is set will result on a FS,
       moving the line back 1 square
       5. Once the sack mat, which shall be placed on a set of 4
       rollers reach the floor, the QB will be sacked, the scrimmage
       line will be placed 1 space behind where the QB was (max of 5
       spaces behind). The space used is where the QB lined up (him
       running back to the rug because of a bad click doesn't make it a
       5 space loss)
       6. In order to spike, the QB must run off the pod.
       Defense
       1. All players must stay behind the scrimmage line
       2. The players can go through the scrimmage line after the
       opponent QB says "hike"
       3. In order to tip the ball, the Defense must run right next, or
       at an angle, to the receiver trying to catch the ball.
       4. In order for an interception to occur, the defender must
       either sit on the pod, without a WR being within 1 space of him,
       or running through the pod without sitting, while a WR is
       running next to him.
       5. In order to tackle you must simple run within one space of
       the opponent you are trying to tackle.
       Passing
       1. To pass, the QB must move the "ball" into any field position
       after the scrimmage line
       2. The receivers must step on the "ball" before the opponent to
       be a valid reception
       3. The defense must step on the "ball" before the opponent to be
       a valid interception
       Rushing
       1. To perform a handoff, the QB have to place the "ball" behind
       the scrimmage line.
       2. The rusher has to run on the "ball" before their opponents
       3. If the defense arrive the "ball" before the rusher, it'll
       result on a fumble recovered by the defense
       4. To perform a sneak, the QB must drop back, and then say the
       words "SNEAK" or any form of that word, and then leave the pod.
       7. The handoff rules, from 1 to 3, are applied on the sneak,
       with the QB being the rusher
       8. There are no limits of sneaks per drive
       Extra Point/2 pt conversion.
       1. After a TD is scored, the offense must choose between an
       extra point or a 2 pt conversion.
       2. An extra point will award the team 1 point automatically
       3. To attempt a 2 pt conversion, the QB must warn the ref that
       he's gonna do it
       4. On a 2 pt conversion, the scrimmage line will be placed 2
       squares from the endzone and the offense will have 1 chance to
       enter the endzone, winning 2 points for their team
       Angles
       1. There are no angles on a Punt Return, Kick Return and
       Handoffs.
       Punting
       1. If it is Fourth down, you are behind the 50 yard line, and it
       is 3+ yards away from the first down you must punt the ball.
       2. In order to punt a player must hike the " ball" to the punter
       behind him, by saying hike, and moving the "ball" infront of the
       punter. The punter then must sit on the "ball" and move the
       "ball" down the field. The "ball" is not allowed to go in the
       endzone.
       3. If the punter does not sit on the pod, and moves it anyways,
       it will be considered as a block, and the defense will get the
       ball where the punter forgot to sit.
       4. In order to recover the ball you must sit on the pod, and run
       off of it.
       Play do/over
       1. A play must be restarted when a hotel message is sent out.
       The play is automatically not given continuation, and anything
       occurred after the message is not counted.
