       majority that wants and directs it, and no majority is possible
       without long-term work to build and maintain it. In summary,

       together a majority of dominated people around a coherent

       articulating in a new way the grouping of the "people", of the
       left, and the promotion of a left that is truly located on the
       left. It is useless to dream of returning to an illusory past.

       The world and society are still governed by the logic of
       dispossession, but they are no longer what they used to be.
       Inequality can no longer be analyzed without the discrimination
       that shapes and legitimizes it. The common is not derived from
       the mere juxtaposition of communities, the resort to an abstract
       universalism or the confusion maintained between the public and
       the State. We can reject globalization and pretend to be global,
       not turn our backs on the nation and distrust sovereignty.
