       Ability System/Bows and Arrows - 2/5/14

       Ability system and Bow/Arrows roughed out.  Both need polishing.
       The hotbar for the abilities also works.

       yes, the bows are for the ranger class only.
       Warriors  use gauntlets
       Slayers use Daggers
       Rangers use the Bow and Arrow
       swords can be used  by all classes
