Re: not so free-dom (open, rainy night, abandoned warehouse)

The person sighed and dropped down from where they were sitting.
"Calm your tits, it's just me." Myra said, walking out of the
dark. This evening, she decided to be a bit more casual, dressed
in a dark navy blue sweater vest over a short sleeved black
shirt, an ocean blue pleated skirt, black leggings and brown
shes.
"Hey Lya, what you doing way over here?" She then turned to
Issyah. "Who's this? Bolts of electricity? Hm, that could be
fun."

As Issyah jumped back in surprise Lya let him bump into her
momentarily. She took the opportunity to discretely leech out
some of his fear. She felt the emotion wash over her before she
buried it deep within herself. As the text message came in she
cursed silently.
She was going to have to treat this like an old job, but a job
with baggage. This time she was biting her own guilt of getting
these two involved in something they didn't need to be involved
in. She was holding back her fear and worry for Vandel. And
she was holding back her anger for the one texting her. With a
small breath to collect herself she put on her emotional mask.
She cast a small thought to herself asking forgiveness later for
the lies she was about to spin.
As Myra showed herself she shook her head. "Oh you know
wandering around in questionable areas.". She sighed and looked
t the building, actually looking to see if she could see the
texter in a window. "Actually I think there is something of
mine in there from a job long ago."

Issyah didn't know what it was but the pounding of his heart
just.."vanished". he looks at his hands in confusion and sighs
when he can't figure out what happened.
The five story building was gloomy in the shade of the stormy
night. The windows on all floors were either boarded up or pitch
black.
"My names Issyah. Issyah Jonzo" he replies to Myra.
-another text comes in-
tick tock goes the clock, and though time never ends a life sure
does.

"Myra the Impossible, at your service." myra said cheerfully
sticking out a hand.
She turned to Lya. "You sure do pick the best time to do
things." Myra then turned to the building with a frown. "And why
is it that you can't wait till tomorrow to get this?"

At the text message Lya did her best not to grind her teeth in
frustration. She sighed as she looked from the building to
Issyah and Myra. "It's something really important that I've
been looking for at length for a long time. A necklace my
father gave me before he passed.". She bit her lip and paused
for a second. "Would you two mind helping me look? It would go
faster and we'd all be home sooner if you did."

"Mmm..." Myra stared at Lya for a moment. While she was no lie
detector, that seemed a tlittle too innocent of an excuse, but
she decided to go along with it. "Sure, why not." Myra finally
smiled. "You coming Izzy?" Myra asked Issyah. "That's your new
nickname by the way, Izzy."

Lya let out a soft sigh of relief before giving the two a smile.
"Thanks. I promise I'll make it up to you later.". She said
leading their way towards the building. She kept her
expressions calm but she was still scanning the building
closely.

as they got closer, she would see that the pitch black windows
were actually covered with black paint. the entrance was two
double doors with no chain on them. which would have been
somewhat awkward for an abandoned building.
