don't know...I think this is normal for us. we're awakened after
all; normal for us went out the window once we hit the age
fifteen. Nico believes that things can go back to how they
were...school, friends, a social life....but not me."

She smiled at Van. "Well you will have to show me some of
them.". As Liz spoke Lya gave a small smile and rubbed the back
of her head. "Well I can't exactly claim to have lived much in
the way of a normal life, even well before 15, so maybe I have
no right to an opinion on this. But it can't hurt to want to
try. No one said you had to be with normal people, and you've
got friends here. Mostly I'd say normal is getting to at least
be happy and free to live how we want.

Liz thought about it. What Lya said made sense. She smiles and
gives a small nod in agreement. " it's a date then" Vandel says
with a wink.

"I guess I should be heading off then" Vandel says with a
disappointed sigh "ya know...clothes to buy" he turns and makes
his way down the street, waving goodbye to Nico and the others.
"I think he's enjoying freedom more than any of us" Liz says.

As Vandal headed off with the disappointed sigh lya giggled and
waved. "You'd need new clothes if you were serious about the
date.". She smiled at Liz and nodded. "He seems to be taking to
it quite easily."

She sighed and folded her hands behind her head. "It would all
just be speculation from me. But I can see being a bit more
carefree. Knowing there is a little less risk for yourself. I
can see downsides too though. If one you care about leaves the
world though."
