Dark days (following what a hangover)

Dark walked into the club. A burned smell lingered in the air.
Dark took a breath, hoping to keep his composure.
"Alright......"
Vandal walked around the club, looking at the burned interior.
"Maaaaaan what the hell happened here?"
"Dont ask" vice and ego say simultaneously.

Thea sighed softly once she finished her explanation. "Yeah
we're gonna need all hands on deck with these continuing
problems both in our ranks and against the Patriots." she looked
around the club.

Lya cringed softly as they took in the scene and the smell. She
could hardly believe it had just been the previous day shed been
here having fun. She instinctively tidied what was in front of
her as she nodded agreeing with Thea. "You can say that again."

pours himself a drink and takes a sip. " with the weapons and
assets out of their control were going to have bigger targets on

Myra took out a note pad and started writing. "Well, guess I'll
cancel my upcoming performances." She pushed some broken glass
and debris out of the way with her foot.
"Wow, didn't realize how bad it was in the dark. Whoever did
this really banged this place up."
She also made a note to call Voodoo later.
Thea's phone jingled as it recieved another text.

Whoa the news is going nuts!! Saying Dark was spotted totally
wrecking a sheet or something.. Plus the break in is all over
the papers too. You guys sure you're good?
A few moments later, it jingled again.

Oh there was a part about a fire breaking out at the shade club.
U work there right?

Thea took out her phone and read her text messages as she spoke
"We might need to also look into the other facilities. I'm
afraid of what else they might have hidden."

well thats lovely, are they throwing out names and pictures or
just pictures and yeah we're still fine. Bit of drama but
nothing we won't handle.

"Youre right thea. We will need alot of hands for this
operation."
Vice looked at thea and dark "operation? Were going to break
into more facilities? You already said this will bring
attention, what do you think breaking into more facilities will
do....."

"Yes what me and Lya discovered might just be the tip of the
iceberg Vice...hopefully this time I won't be going into it half
planned and on a time crunch." she paused to shoot a mild glare
at Dark. "But with the proper items and information, Lloyd was
helpful in giving me the information for Shirke so maybe he'll
be willing to give me more information if I tell what I've found
out so far.' she explained before turning to look at Lya. "And
while we're on the subject our break in is on the news but I
don't know how much information is being released about it."

Lya frowned slightly at Darks words, but was unable to argue
with them. She sighed softly and kept listening, ready to help
with whatever she could. At Thea's look her frown deepened.
"Well I'm sure that's only a great sign. I guess we'll have to
be even more careful. But if they already have some
information, it's not like they will be shy about making that
clear."

Dark looks away from the glare and acts like he doesn't see it.
"They couldn't have put too much out there" Ego says " if they
told the media everything, there would no way they dont receive
backlash from the public, The Thanos corporation, and even
Patriot admins who didn't know about it. that Lloyd character
for one"
"I think we should let sleeping dogs lie..." Vice says and
crosses his arms.
Vandel yawns and finds a lounge booth that surprisingly wasnt
touched by the fire. he lays on it and looks at Lya, smiling
here and there.
