       have electric abilities. He is deadly smart and just as
       powerful. within the Alley he has singled out his group called
       Distortion and while he says hes under Darks Authority he is
       more for himself than anything.
       Takashi uses his electric abilities mostly in a projectile form,
       most of the time, conjuring it in the form of an animal.
