The door slides open with a ping and on the other side were two
guards. One had his keycard up to the scanner. The two guards
were too stunned to move. They just looked at the two women.
(OOC: Plot twist. The two world have folded upon each
other....soon this city will face the rising tide -thunder
booms-

Thea stood there staring at them as well. "And the day just gets
better and better." she thought and forced a grin on her face.
"Evening gentlemen! Looks like the roof is a popular hangout
spot!" she said cheerfully.

Lya looked at two for a long moment. As Thea spoke up she
smiled as well, doing her best to fit into character. Her voice
taking in a softer tone she greeted the guards. "Good evening."

The lead guard looks at their lab coats and then looks back at
his partner "uhmm...were the reliefs for John and Keith.....why
are two......scientist?" he looks at them for confirmation. The
second guard seemed to be tense.

Thea shook her head "Oh no just lab assistants, kind of a summer
internship type of thing." she said and smoothed out her coat.
"We came up here to run an electrical test."

the guards slowly reach for their guns "there are no lab
assistants here......" the air fills with silence for a moment.
"i cant keep this up" the second guard says with a laugh. the
first guard rolls his eyes and punches him in the shoulder "
dude cmon" he lets go of his gun and looks at the two ladies "
Im john and this is richard.....were with the erratics." " youre
thea right? ive seen you working at the club. why are you here?"
richard ask.
