Myra smiled... the frowned.
"Wow... whoa...." She stands up and looks around. "I feel, ... "
she paused for s ec. "GREAT!!!"
"So then Mr. Voodoo, what wouldya like to start!?"
She then figured she'd test her newfound ability. She saw a
person walking by with a distracted look on their face.
"Hey, cheer up! It's Friday... I think." She thought of herself
being extremely happy and excited, then poked them.

As Myra imagined the happy emotions she could feel them swell
forth from inside her. As soon as she poked the stranger a
surge of energy passed from her to him. The stranger began to
smile and darted off into the club as a fair portion of Myra's
(and Lya's) emotions passed into him. Whether Myra would notice
how the emotion was given behind the accompanied dizziness and
adrenaline rush however was suspect.
Lya was about to refuse the offer for fear of bringing down the
mood. She was actually having fun on the dancefloor. However
out of no where a familiar dizziness set over her as she felt
her mood drop. Rubbing her head to keep the word from spinning
her thoughts spiraled. Had she touched someone and
unintentionally passed her emotions over? That hadn't happened
by accident in a very long time. What on earth was going on.
She gave Ego a small smile. [I]"I think
I'll take you up on that offer."

Egos worry grew even more. Ego puts an arm around her and leads
her through the crowded dance floor, back to her seat. " ill get
you a drink" he says and quickly runs off into the crowd.

"Aww but you didn't even..." Myra paused for a moment as a
slight dizziness hit her from nowhere. She hand't even been
drinking... that much. She shoved it aside. "You didn't even
have a drink yet." she tried to follow him, but he was soon lost
in the fray.
This is when she spotted Ego leading Lya to a seat. Uh-oh. THis
was beginning to worry her. She looked around to a place she
could slip away to and continue her experimenting....
Why did everyone have to choose NOW to clear the floor... oh
right, because that darn Taco-Drop song was playing. WHY did the
DJ have to choose NOW to play that.. UGH!.. no, cheerful. She
couldn't go being angry now.
She made a b-line for the kitchen, but some guys came out of
nowhere and confronted her.
"Hey gorgeous, where's the fire? Stay a while." one of them
said.
"Not now, sorryyy." she said, a nervous laugh escaped her. She
tried to push passed, but the guy grabbed her arm.
"Hold on a second." he said.
"Hey she looks kind of upset, you should probably.-
"Dude, I understand you don't have girls where you come from,
but sometimes you gotta be a bit forward so they know you're
interested."
Myra looked from him to the darker skinned boy with a bit of
irritation building. Maybe if she sent more happy feels to them,
they'd let go... no.. laughter... but which feeling was that?
"I'll be right back, I promise. <3" She said this with a wink
and before pulling away, thought of a jolt of... of.... well a
mixture of what she figured was happiness mixed with a bit of
silliness and maybe a slight hint of chaos... was that the
formula for laughter... was "silly" even an emotion? She didn't
know.
Maybe it was the jolt of emotions that went through them or her
weird stare, or maybe it was the way she winked, but they let
her go finally and she slipped away.
Unbeknownst to her, the irritation and slight panic she was
feeling didn't exactly go away and so it seeped into the dose of
emotions she sent their way.

A similar feeling hit Myra as the surge of emotions passed from
her to the man who was in physical contact with her. The gambit
of emotions that were passed would make the head spin of anyone
losing them or receiving all of them at once. For Myra the
adrenaline rush was still there as the transfer happened again,
coupled with the vibe of the club itself. However deep within
her a void was starting to take root as she continued to pass
off her emotions to others.
Lya leaned back against the chair as Ego disappeared into the
crowd and let out a soft sigh. She must be losing her mind, or
something was wrong. She hadn't accidentally given away an
emotion since she was a child. Just as she was settling down,
she closed her eyes, when suddenly the world lurched abruptly.
A swirl of random emotions suddenly flowed outward again and
seemed to disappear into the ether. This time she was sure she
hadn't touched anyone, she was on edge now and she certainly
wouldn't have made the same mistake twice. This time the amount
of emotion may have not been as extreme as the first, but the
shock of five emotions at once made her queasy all the same. An
emptiness began to overcome her as she sunk her head into her
hands. She began to mutter to herself, [i]"Something is
definitely wrong."

Ego soon returned carrying a tall glass of what looked to be ice
cold lemon tea. "Here you go" he places the gkass on the table
and looks her over. She looked worse than before. This confused
ego, he was only gone for a minute. He quickly texts vice who
shows up about five minutes later.
"Whats going on?" he ask and takes a knee next to lya

Meanwhile, Myra stumbled into the kitchen. Okay, everything was
totally fine. Everything was totally-- Suddenly the club got a
mind of its own and rotated at a 90 degree angle, putting her
face first to the floor.-- Everything was definitely NOT okay.
What was happening? How does a building even do that???... but
more importantly, why did she feel like she wanted to throw up
meals she'd eaten for the last six weeks.
While Lya would be somewhat use to these effects, Myra normally
had a pretty strong immune system, so this fit of nausea and
dizziness was something totally new to her.
"Oh geeze." she said as she got to her knees. "Maybe Voodoo had
the right idea.
A glass of water would fix it. She looked up to find that the
counter was miles away... okay so it was about a yard away, but
it felt like mils. This was like a hang over with out any of
the previous fun parts happening. Where was everyone at??
She slowly made her way to the counter with one of the sinks.
She slowly stood up, turned the cold water on, and proceeded to
stick her entire head in the sink. This is how she stayed for
the next couple of minutes.
...This was still a good idea, she just had to get use to it.
That was all.

When Ego returned with the glass of tea, Lya took the glass in
her hand allowing the cold to sink into her fingertips. Taking
a sip she gave him a all smile, [I]"Thank you. It's quite
good.". She caught the movement of his fingers on his phone but
paid it no mind.
She allowed herself to fall quiet in the time it took Vice to
get there. Still holding onto enough of her irritation she
kicked herself. She hated causing people worry, and if she been
consciously using her powers she wouldn't have had this
reaction. She sighed and bit her lip, jet complexion paler than
usual.
When Vice arrived she drew her haze from her glass of tea to
meet his. She'd regained some composure but was still clearly
distressed. Her eyes were distant, emptier than they had been
before. At his question, she sighed and hesitated for a moment.
She normally didn't speak of her abilities, however now she was
worried. She took a breath.
[I]"Something's wrong..... something is
wrong with my abilities. I thought maybe I had accidently
activated them on the dancefloor, although I haven't done it on
accident in ages. I need to touch someone to make it work
though so it was feasible. However it happened again while I
was here alone. It's like they are activating on their own and
taking my emotions into the ether.". Managed to choke
out. She didn't know if it would make sense, but her worry was
palpable as she shook a little. Her worry was amplified by the
amount of positive emotions that had been given away by Myra,
unbeknownst to her.
