She smirked "Careful that sounds a little to close to flirting."
she warned playfully and summoned their waiter back with a wave
of her hand. "I'd like the steak and potatoes, the meat well
done, and a salad, no dressing. A red wine to go with it, any
year and bring the whole bottle" she ordered.
The waiter nodded and quickly jotted down her order before
turning to face Sidney.

"flirting? no no no....i only seduce" he said jokingly.
as she ordered he whistled and rubbed his head "a woman who
knows what she wants. thats a rarity". he continues to rub his
head as the waiter turns to him. "uhmmm chicken parmesan over
buttered noodles. salad with LOTS of italina and croutons...you
better have croutons if you know whats good for you "he says
with a joking smile, but his eyes said another thing " and for a
drink.....i'll take a glass of white wine, white zin is
preferred and a cup of water. wine makes me crave water for some
reason"

Writing down his order the waiter was careful to note about the
croutons and hoped they hadn't run out for the night. "Right I
shall return with your drinks." he said, turning and quickly
making his way to the kitchens.
"Don't traumatize the staff. I might end up feeling bad for
them." she scolded lightly. "How exactly do you know the
doctor?" She asked.

He shrugs and knits his fingers together "sorry sorry i
suppose." he looks at her as she asked the question and decides
it wouldn't hurt to answer. "The doc did for me, what nobody
else could. He put humpty dumpty back together again....and for
that i owe him"

Helena nodded "I see, I sense more to that story but for now I
won't pry." she said.
A Moment later the waiter returned with their salads, setting
down a generous portion of croutons in a bowl in front of
Sidney. To the side he set down a bucket of ice with Helenas
wine and poured Sidney his wine and left them both a glass of
water. "Your food will be out in just a moment. Will you require
anything else?"

"If i tell you more, i might have to kill ya" he says with a
smile. As the salad arrived he rubs his hands together happily
"i do believe i am satisfied."

Helena poured herself a glass "I"m sure I'll find a way to make
you talk without all the unnecessary violence. I'm quite
persistent when I want something." she reached over and stole a
crouton out his bowl

Sidney gave her a flabbergasted look as she stole one of his
croutons. he quickly moves the bowl out of reach and puts a few
on his salad "I know you're persistent. The doc nags about it
all the time, it gets annoying sometimes" he says with a snicker
and digs into the salad.

Helena frowned "It wouldn't be annoying if he'd just answer my
calls the first time. Instead I have to continue calling and
then physically go bother him." she said in defense of herself.
"Honestly the easiest way to get rid of someone is answering
them the first time. I never have this much trouble at the
hospital or down in the coroners office."

"No the easiest way to get rid of someone is a 6ft ditch..." he
winks and continues eating his salad. "The doc has never been to
attuned to conversation ive seen. Youd have to be a lab
experiment just to get any real attention.....just ask his son"
