Vice made a few aggrivated noises as she climbed on his back but
decided against fighting back he sighs and lets her do as she
pleases. Dark slowly covered his face with his hat. Muffled
laughs could be heard coming from behind it followed by a cough
to get his composure back. "I think dark wants to know what
happened" vice said through gritted teeth and elbowed dark who
finally got his composure anf shook his head yes. " yes
that.......and also the gummi worms thing. I cant possibly see
how gummi worms fit into a fire outbreak"

"Well I'll keep it short, what should've been an easy
information gathering mission turned into an entire mess. I get
there and Div is also there so we team up, then the cop from the
park showed up so I figured I'd handle the distraction while Div
got the information. Somehow things got wonky because I of
course distracted easily but Div ran into some weirdo who
summoned lizard things and the guy set the apartment on fire."
she explained and sighed. "It did confirm that those two were of
some import but Div wasn't able to get anything thanks to that
weirdo...oh and the cop guy owes me gummi worms because I threw
them at his face while doing the distraction thing."

Vice looked at dark who seemed to be in a world if his own.
Worry, fear and surprise was etched in his face. "I thought he
was dead...." dark murmurs to himself and starts to walk away.
Vice opens his mouth to speak but decides against it. He lets
dark away. "That guy you ran into.....hes pure evil" vice says
to her. He watches his friend disappear into the crowd and he
curses.

Thea looked thoughtful, lightly drumming her fingers on his
shoulder. "Well not to worry. He's got quite the team of people
on his side and between all of us well handle this." She hopped
off his back. "Now go comfort him in a manly way. I'm gonna go
find Ego."

Vice grunted. He didnt really like these sort of things. He
reluctantly does as she says.
Egos blonde hair could be spotted around vendor stand selling
various books. He stood there with two books in his hands and he
seemed to be weighing the options of which would be better.

Thea grinned when she found Ego and quickly ran up and threw her
arms around him "Ego I haven't bothered you in forever!" she
said and looked at the books he was holding.

Ego nearly drops both books as he was tackled by thea. "Are you
sure? It seems like it was just yesterday." he said jokingly.
The book in his left hand was a hard covered dark yellow book.
The title read: as the hand strikes. The other book was a stormy
gray with cursive writing that read: upon a setting sun.

She tilted her head "nope pretty sure it's been forever." She
took the gray book and flipped through it. "Go with the yellow
one."

"You took one book. Read it and said: go with the yellow
one......so many flaws in your way of choosing" he mumbles and
puts both books back. "Where did darrick and ryoji go?"

About a block away, the shrill sound of a loud whistle was
heard, not unlike the sound of the ones traffic directors or
coaches use..
A crowd of people seemed to be gethering there, but quickly
spreading apart as a yellow and white wheel moved through and
around it.
This wheel turned out to be a girl in a yellow tutu and white
tights doing continuous cartwheels while balancing a ball in the
air.
The strange acrobat somehow turned the cartwheels into front
flips while still balancing the ball in the air and planted
herself in front of Dark. The bells on the ends of her bright
blonde pigtails jingled loudly as she shook her head to loosen
her hair.
"I am here! I am not late." she said in a somewhat loud and
stiff manner as if reading a badly written script. She continued
jogging in place while holding the bright green ball.
"I am on time." She said and then noticed ego with another girl.
"Greetings fellow employee! Hello m'lady!" she then noticed the
books and stopped.
In her normal voice she said. "Oh I think I've read te hand
strikes one. Pretty good." she said in a more normal, but still
cheery voice.
