About to explain again why he owed her she came up silent as the
building shook and some type of reptilian creatures appeared
"Based on your response you werent expecting this either." she
took out her gun and flicked the safety off. "Right to put our
differences aside, even though they're your fault, and work
together and by that I mean you distract them." with a grin she
turned and ran past him towards the elevator, which luckily was
on there floor.
"I am going to kill you Div, one job and somehow this has become
a clusterful mess." she muttered, the alarm sounds now getting
on her nerves.

"I didnt have time, that is until you decided to throw knives at
me." more aura appears around him and his eyes turn pitch black.
"I dont let too many people hurt me....let alone get away with
it" the papers ignite and the room ia soon a blaze around the
man but he seems unaffected by them. The demon roars and swings
his sword, trying to cleave div in two.
Lloyd was at a loss for words as she jolts past him and to the
elevator. The lizards rush him and thw sounds of pistols firing
can be heard as the elevator door closed.

As the doors closed she was furiously pressing the button tot he
floor she needed to get to "Damn it all, now I feel guilty for
leaving him" she groaned and banged her head on the elevator
walls. "Right grab Div, hopefully alive, scold him for this mess
cause I know its somehow his fault and retrieve cop guy because
dead or alive I'm getting what he owes me." she nodded as she
came up wit her plan. "Never tell Vice or Ego how terrible this
night went." she mentally added. Finally the doors opened and
she stepped out and saw more lizard men and what looked to be
smoke coming from the apartment. She raised her gun and shot two
bullets at the monster attempting to strike Div.

The bullets pierce the demons shoulder, throwing his swing off.
The blade rips through the ceiling. Pulling down the lights and
tiles. The demon turns his attention to thea and roars before
charging at her.

She knew the doors wouldn't close in time so she turned her gun
to the ceiling and shot at the panel leading to the top of the
elevator car causing it to fall open. Jumping up she scrabbled
at the edge and dragged herself into the elevator shaft.

Div quickly roled out of the way as the light fixture fell from
the cielling. Sparks and smoke started to fill the hall as the
beast turned because of the gunshots.
He looked passed to see Thea ducking into the shaft. While the
monster was distracted, she bolted past andclung to the inside
of the shaft as well.
OOC: Wait so did she break the elivator car? Are they in the
elivator or just in the shaft with the actual elivator room
gone?

OOC: you cool, hope youre feelin better
the demon charges into the shaft full speed and falls. his roar
echos through followed by a large boom. if you were to look down
you would see its body barely moving...but moving none the less.
anothr explosion comes from the apartment. a sign that the
flames had reached the second gas container. the man from before
was nowhere to be found and the lizard men had sllowly circled
there prey.....div.

Once she was back in the hallway she took a peek down at the
shaft and frowned, the monster was alive, but barely. "Div we
need to go, now!" she got up only to see him surrounded, rolling
her eyes she charged down the halls and jumped onto one of the
creatures back, stabbing it in the neck with her dagger. "We
need to get to the stairs and rescue that cop I left." She
added, taking her gun out she rapidly shot 2 of the monsters in
the head.
