Thea digs into her pouch and pulls out a bag of sour gummy
worms, thinking up a quick apology she rips the bag open and
turns to chuck the candy at his face. She reaches the second
staircase and pushes through the door, whipping around she grabs
the handle and pulls it shut, holding onto it to keep it closed.

Div stole a glance at the picture the man was gesturing at.
"You're right, I don't live here." he said, casually. "But then
again, neither do you. And as to what I am? None of those. I'm
just a friendly member of the community enquiring about his
fellow civilians. As for you though...." Div's eyes moved back
towards the containers. "You know there are other people who
still live in this building. You really want to cause that much
of a scene to hide evidence?"

The candy hits him in the face and he nearly trips on his own
feet. "Did she just hit me with candy?" he goes for the door and
realizes it wont open. He grinds his teeth in frustration and
bangs on the door "open this door, right now!!"
"Like i said....i dont have time to inquire, and i really dont
have time to care about a bunch of nobodies burning in what will
be labeled an accidental fire" he kicks over the gas canister.
He had sat down earlier and gas began to leak on the floor.

"Sorry I must politely decline your request. I hope you know you
owe me a bag of gummy worms." She said as she kept holding the
door closed.

Fight or run, he had two choices.
"Thought so."
He then jump and tacked the man to the ground beore he could
knock over the other container. He REALLY hoped Thea or her
friend were planning on coming back.

He tries to open the door again but fails. "I didnt want to do
this" he mumbles and with and pulls out a large pistol. He fires
at the hinges blowing them clean off. The door falls from her
pushing it closed and shes left face to face with Lloyd "the
artillery saint" allabaster. " are you done running?"
The man seemed to be smiling as div wrestled him to the floor.
"Fight over flight huh? Well dont you hvae spunk" the man grabs
div shoulder and thrust his knee up into div stomach before
throwing him off. He quickly picks up the second canister and
spin tosses it into the pillars of papers making them scatter
around and fall like snow.

Thea stared at him shock but instead of getting intimidated she
glared and poked him in the chest. "The hell is wrong with you
its the middle of the night and you go off shooting your gun in
the building. What kind of cop are you?!" She crossed her arms.
She ran a hand through her hair "Fine yes I'm done running but
you still owe me a bag of gummy worms."

The pain shot through him like a knife. He grunted as he toppled
over some other junk. He was about to get up when he realized
the man might overpower him again. He instead decided to use a
different method.
he pulled out two small silver blades. he threw them at the back
of the man's knees. As the man was busy emptying the cans of
gas, the blades hit home, making him fall forward. Div took this
time to get up and scramble over the man and everything else in
the room in an attempt to get out and warn others in the
building.
Where the heck was Thea... and WHAT was that loud noise? A
gunshot? Hopefully she was alright, although she seemed like
the type of person that would've fired it first, so he really
couldn't be sure.

"HOW AM I THE BAD GUY!?" he yells and quickly covers his mouth.
he sighs in annoyance and puts the pistol back in its holster.
"Why are you here? AND WHY WOULD I OWE YOU GUMMI WORMS WHEN-" he
realizes he's yelling and brings his voice down "-you're the one
who threw them?"
The man lets out an ominous laugh and pulls out the knives
"aren't you a sneaky bugger......". his body begins to emit a
green aura outlined in a dense blackness. He places a hand on
the ground and the aura leaks into the floor, disappearing.
The building begins to rumble which is soon followed by various
screams coming from all over the building. A man runs out of an
adjacent apartment from Div but before he can get far a blade
made of the same aura runs through his chest. A demon made of
the aura held the sword, he throws the man off his blade and
turns his sights on Div. The demon was massive. it stood over
seven feet tall, eight including the horns.
On Theas floor footsteps, like a stampede can be heard coming
down. What rounds the corner was shocking to anyone in their
right mind. A small faction of what seemed to be lizard men
stood at the top of the stairs. They carried swords and shields
and seemed to be made of a malicious green and black energy.
"w-what the hell?" Lloyd says in shock at seeing the creatures.

"Damn... really starting to prefer the fire now." Div said to
himself as he looked up at the creature, then over to the now
dead man on the floor. This was definitely turning out bad.
Div surveyed his surroundings. If he were still in the room, he
could get out the window, but out here in the hallway, the only
two choices were back in the room, or through this thing.
Perfect. He spotted the fire alarm just past the best. The least
he could do was let others know (as if they didn't know
already) what was going on.
He pulled a knife from somewhere on his person and did a long
throw at the fire alarm. The glass shattered and a piercing
sound rang throughout the building with flashing red lights.
Hopefully he could buy some time at least. "So you're telling
me, you don't have time to answer one question, but you have
time to summon a freaking demon!? Seriously??"
