A Bit of Breaking and Entering (midnight, open, after Something

A rustle of cloth was lost in the sounds of nighttime activities
as a figure jumped off the edge of the roof and forward tumbled
neatly onto the graveled rooftop of the next apartment building.
Thea stood up and brushed the loose gravel off her clothes. Blue
eyes scanned the rooftop and the neighboring windows, seeing
them darkened and covered she let a sigh escape as she took out
her phone and pulled up the blueprints for the building she
stood on. "Harrison, apartment 12G,east facing and this place
has about 9 floors so about two down from where I'm standing."
she shut her phone.

said quietly, a small smile on his face.

Thea whipped around and had the tip of her dagger to his throat.
"Don't startle me. At least not while I'm dressed like this."
She frowned at him.

He winked. "So if you're not dressed like 'this'-whatever that
means-then I can sneak up on you?" he looked over her shoulder
to the blueprint on her phone. "So then,this the place I take
it?"

Thea rolled her eyes "Yeah sure I'm less armed when in civilian
clothes so go ahead. I'm still liable to pull a gun out." She
said and put her knife away. "Yea were about two floors away
from the target location." She put her phone away. "Standart
locks on all the resident doors so it won't be too hard."

The area was quiet. No one dared walking around at such a time.
Between the war between the erratics and patriots now people
have this "wild animal" attack to worry about. A patriots patrol
vehicle pulls up outside the building. The door opens and out
steps the young man from the park. Hes in a deep conversation on
his cell phone "i understand....yes it was designated an animal
attack but-......DO YOU REALLY THINK AN ANIMAL COULD HAVE DID
THAT!?" he yells and slams the phone shut. "Stupid, lazy
aaron...." he grumbles and mumbles a few curses before pushing
his glasses back onto his face.

Div looks down at the man from where he stood. "Soo is he gonna
be a problem oooorrr..." He looked around. "Where's your friend,
ya know, the rude one?" he asked in a slightly lighter but still
quiet tone of voice.

She tilted her head "What rude friend? None of my friends are
rude." She crossed her arms. "Are you any good at lock picking
or any other breaking in skills?"
