       The Story of Neutral

       Neutral was always a bright young girl who always loved her
       life. She went to school, played sports, had many friend and was
       very playful.  At 15 she took her Balance test and found out she
       was an Ultimate. She thought nothing of it until she was taken
       from her family and forced to learn to use her powers for good.
       They never really could get her to do much of anything she
       always refused. She never really cared much about the balance of
       society she just wanted to be happy. She has been an ultimate
       for 5 years now. She has gathered other teens and adults who
       feel the same as her. They don't have a name because they find
       that very pointless.They can be found at a hangout called Open.
