Thea giggled. "I'm sorry Kai you are the sexiest man in front of
me if that makes you feel better. " she teased, she felt her
mood brighten with his silly antics. "And you can have your
cake."

"I suppose that is true.....and i get my cake which means...."
he stood with renewed vigor and a happy gleam on his eye. "You
acknowledge my sexy and reward it with cake!" he hugs himself
and twirls in a circle "i must tell the others, take an extra
half an hour on your break." he leaves, nearly skipping from
sheer joy.
"So you caved to his sexy huh?" a low voice rumbled from the
booth next to her. It was the head of security, Ryoji King aka
Vice. He lay in his booth chewing on a tooth pick with his eyes
closed. He tends to come off as lazy but due to people knowing
"him" his presence was enough to keep the peace. "Never saw you
as the baking type either" he said referring to the cake
comments.

"He'd be hissy the whole night if I didn't inflate his head.
Besides I hate strawberry cake." She answered and poked her head
over the booth. She shut her eyes and groaned when he mentioned
her baking it. "No some weird girl ambushed me during my grocery
run and ordered a cake then left me with the bill, a cake I
didn't want and extra tipping because she stole a cup from the
cafe..." she huffed out.
"Shouldn't you be off intimidating people my dear?" She asked.

He gave a lazy groan as he sat up and rubbed one of his ice blue
eyes. " hissy is egos middle name." he takes a look at the crowd
and lays back down with a yawn. "You happy....i intimidated
people, job well done i believe." he closes his eyes again and
continues chewing on the toothpick until something crosses his
mind. He opens an eye and looks at her "weird girl?.....explain"

She reached down and took the pick. "I don't know she said her
name was Mona and she was able to freeze time. She said she
wanted to just talk to me but things like that never go well for
me." Thea answered, frowning. "She was really cryptic and
stuff..."

His eye twitches a little as his toothpick is taken but he makes
no commotion. "Hmmm theres only three people who can do
something like that." he nonchalantly pulls out a small cylinder
and produces a toothpick to chew on. "By any chance....do you
have an ability?" he asks, bringing himself to a standing
position and looking at the crowd "i have one... Its called
pressure. It allows me to exalt kinetic energy on large scales.
I can make a whisper into a thunderous roar, a gust into a
typhoon, even make a bike hit like a ram"

She looked thoughtful "That explains so much about you." She
muttered and considered stealing his new toothpick. "Yeah I can
absorb and create electricity." She rested her head on the
divider.

He mumbled a few curses and grinded his teeth to calm down. "
darrick, our boss. Hes one of the three, his other name is
dark.....im actually kinda stunned he didnt pick up on you. The
big three kinda have a sixth sense on powered individuals."
