I figure if I read **** like this, it will eventually sink in
and make me smarter. Ha, yea right. Actually I’m a geeky nerd,
hung like a rodent, that enjoy this kind of stuff. All things
like Popular Mechanics, Popular Science, Mythbusters, Snopes.com
and the David Feldman books, I find interesting. Hey it may help
in Trivial Pursuit one day

Just thinking out loud.... speaking of only looking at
pictures... I wonder if there is a braille Playboy edition.
How's that work?

No idea if you were making a joke. But in the quest to further
people's knowledge about all things, Braille Playboy does exist.

Started [glow=red,2,300]The No A sshole Rule[/glow] by Robert
Sutton.
The title caught my attention way back in a book store at the
airport and until now kept forgetting to pick it up. I think I’m
going to like it. No matter where you are, you will run across
AH. I’m hoping to get some advice out of it. Not that AH are
problem on a daily routine, because I can pretty much walk away,
but on occasion you cannot walk away. My company is big and
getting away is by far the easiest and less stressful. My
current and past wife have worked in smaller companies and not
only are you locked into working with AH, but they seem to stick
out more and pro-create more in those intimate environments.
The writing seems to be rather informal and comes from the head
and heart. I like it.

I definitely need to check that out. Question though, is the
book in comic book form?

[glow=red,2,300]Clint: A Retrospective[/glow]
Rather impressive, and heavy, coffee table book on Clint
Eastwood's movies. A few pictures and pages for each movie Clint
has been in. Not great detail, but enough writing to understand
the who, why, when, etc. Very much an everybody's read for the
fan. I was rather impressed with his volume of work and the
great movies he's been in. Contrast that with some of the
definitely more WTF where you thinking stinkers too. It did make
me want to start to revisit, and in some cases for the first
time, check out his movies.

Warner Brothers has put out a retrospective on DVD, but I'm not
that big of fan to buy the volumes.
