As great as Freddie is, Roger Taylor has a hell of a singing
voice. He doesn't get the props that he deserves.

A great show gets derailed at the very end. The concert cuts off
in the middle of We Will Rock You. Fail! P issed off I am!!!
Other than that, still a great show.

Yes, a fantastic show. I do still get pissed about the taped
portion of Bohemian Rhapsody though. It could be the pinnacle of
show, but instead, brings the show to a screaming WTF moment.
Damnit, if P!nk can do it all live, the creators of the song
should be able to do it.

Are you referring to the "Mama Mia"/Opera section? It's always
been done on tape. I don't think I have ever seen Queen perform
without the backing tape. I remember reading an article where
Freddie explained that recreating it live was next to impossible
and that he just preferred to have it play as it does. But I get
       what your saying Mac.

Yep, that section. I remember seeing them and was uber excited
when they started playing. Then... 'bam', the stage goes dark,
with some stage lighting doing basic crap. I could not believe
       it.
Maybe Freddie was a perfectionist. Pink does a fine job of it.
And maybe this event really solidified my hate for artists
lip-syncing their own songs. Jesus, if you can't sing it, don't
play it... and certainly don't play a tape of it.

I've actually given them and only them a pass for this because
of the complexity of A) playing their instruments and B) nailing
the harmonies of all 4 members in the band and keep it in time.
That's a lot of chances to mess up. But they are pros and if
anyone can do it...as you said, it's them.

I need to complete the show that I watched last night. Here are
the final 3 songs that were cut out from the concert above. It
       will have to make do.
