I keep clicking on it and getting a page that says 'Forbidden'.
Not sure what's going on.

maybe you have a firewall or something up...that prevents you
from going there.
I always check my links right after I post them...so I'd checked
it before I even saw your post and it worked....then I read it
didn't work for you...and tried it again and it worked fine.
so I can't really say what the issue is.

I've been to that tower in LA a few times....last time I went
would have been back around 1988 or so...I am pretty sure it's
long gone.

Fun fact, in Slash's

/>book, he had some cool and funny stories to talk about regardi
ng
the Tower Records on Sunset Blvd; stories about his time
shoplifting and then as an employee there. Good stuff to read.

nice will have to check it out.
would be interesting to know what years he worked there.....I
wonder if I ever stopped in when he was working. I doubt
it....my guess is he was working there probably in 1984 or
around then.

You guys might have had Peaches Records and Tapes. Nothing
really exceptional except for the huge reproduction art pieces
of album covers.
Just rows and rows of product in a rather clinically clean huge
warehouse.

I knew the name Peaches Records from somewhere, but I can't say
that it existed here. Maybe it was a downtown shop, but it
certainly wasn't in town, that's for sure.
